The Leasing Alternative

We take care of all aspects of residential leasing in Houston or Austin, TX, including the contract work. To start the process, we will ask you the same kinds of questions we ask people who want to buy a home. This includes your neighborhood preference, the number of bedrooms you are looking for, and how much you want to pay a month for rent.

After we qualify you based on your rental history, we help you fill out a 4-page form and submit it to the lessor. Next, we run a credit check and background check. After the lessor accepts you, we will write up the lease, you place the deposit down, and we then provide you with a move-in date.
